Toronto Chinatown is a series of hypothetical brand identity designs unifying the three Chinatowns in Toronto—composing a characteristic and recognition reflecting the emotion and cultural essence of Chinatowns in Toronto City.

Based on ten survey responses and five interviews, 80% of the participants
percieve Chinatowns as a place for delesious food and Asian cuisine. The
resulting design integrates Chinese characters with icons of utensils, reflecting
Chinese cultural literature while avoiding the language barrier.

According to TripAdvisor and Google reviews, the complex shops and
inconsistent signage in Chinatown often leave visitors feeling overwhelmed,
lost and disorganized.
In response, designing a website that introduces all the
stores and locations helps visitors comprehend their plans and routes in advance.
